To join The Morning Forum of Los Altos download the  2010-2011 Membership  Application Form.  Adobe Reader is required to see and print our membership application. If your computer does not have Adobe Reader you can download a free copy of Adobe Reader by clicking on AdobeReader

The completed Membership Application and $125 fee entitles you to receive a membership card, Fall and Winter/Spring program guides and two guest passes for each session.

Currently there is no Wait List. If our membership reaches maximum capacity we will offer applicants a place on the Wait List at a cost of $35, which includes two tickets for Fall programs and two tickets for Winter/Spring programs.
